Katja M. Grosch is of counsel for InHouse Co. based out of the Orange County office. Ms. Grosch is a seasoned appellate attorney. She appeared extensively before the California Appellate Courts (50+ matters) and has successfully prevailed in her representation in the Supreme Court of California. Her litigation practice focuses on intellectual property and civil disputes. Katja also practices business litigation, representing business owners, members, and shareholders, and has prosecuted and defended dozens of appeals. Katja has litigated matters in state and federal courts throughout California and several other states. In handling cases, Katja has used her comprehensive knowledge and compassionate approach to client concerns to litigate and settle numerous matters to her clients’ satisfaction.
